At Centrum Leisure Singapore, we want your fashion find to fit perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or email our support team with your order number and reason for the exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is free from perfume, makeup, or signs of wear.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Choose between dropping off your parcel at our designated Singapore collection points or scheduling a courier pickup for a small flat fee.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
